INTRODUCTORY EVENT HOURS, PRICE LIST AND PACKAGES HOURS: ENTIRE 2ND FLOOR: Monday – Friday: 10:00am – 5:00pm. Wednesday: 10:00am – 12:00am DEN: (Capacity: 12 people) Monday – Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 10:00am – 5:00pm. Wednesday: 10:00am – 12:00pm. EVENT PACKAGES (Kids, Family, Etc.): Includes: Room Rental, Cash Bar, Use of existing furniture (or Playhouse will remove furniture if rentals are being brought in, A/V Set-Up and Screen, Gas Fireplace. Add-Ons to be coordinated with Playhouse planner: Décor, Table/Linen Rentals, Food from Playhouse-approved vendors or any other party/event details needed. The Basic Movie Party Package: $500 ++ up to 25 children. One hour in the upstairs party room plus movie. (Includes table and chairs for cake/gifts- no outside food or décor allowed.) Party Add -Ons: The Nicely Done Package: $150.00 Choice of backdrop (Neon, Happy Birthday or Bistro Lights, decorated cake table with tablecloth, light up numbers and cake stand for cake.) Themed Table Décor: $100.00 To coordinate with party theme includes paper goods for cake and food for up to 15 children Birthday Cake: Small: $40.00 Large: $75.00 Custom Neon Name: $30.00 To take home after displaying on backdrop for party. Standard Table Set-Up: $25.00 (Including White Plates, Napkins, Cups, Forks for Pizza/ Ice Cream for up to 15 children. $35 for up to 30 children.) Make Your Own Movie Snack Pack: $10.00 per person. Paparazzi Premier Party Entry: $150.00 (Red carpet entry, decorated/personalized marquis welcome sign and photo op.) Cupcake Party: 90-minute cupcake decorating party for six (6) children. Each party includes: All the supplies needed (including loads of unfrosted cupcakes) to create the four (4) cupcake projects of your choice (three themed designs, plus one free-style design). Individual Supply Kit and Decorating Station for each guest on 2nd Floor. A beautifully styled, cute Candy Buffet Table matching your theme and party colors where the children choose ingredients for their freestyle creation. Frosting spatulas for each guest to use during the party.
